How does KM select EA or VA?
When you partner with KM as a client, you receive a dedicated, full/part-time Executive Assistant/Virtual Assistant (EA/VA). KM manages recruiting, training, ongoing support, and structure so you can confidently delegate both professional and personal work.
We receive nearly 2000 applications monthly, of which only 0.5% are accepted. Every EA or VA undergoes our vetting and evaluation process. We screen each candidate for creative problem-solving skills and aptitude. Before becoming eligible to be partnered with you, they must take personality, congitive and undergo real-world tasks.
What time zone does my EA or VA work in?
Kavanna Madison EA/VA are located in Nigeria but work on a schedule determined by your needs. Most Clients/Principals choose to have their EA work in their time zones, but you may also choose to work asynchronously.
